The vast rolling dunes of white gypsum at sunset reflect the deep sunset colors turning the landscape into a visual dream. This time around we encountered a camel named Samson along with his owner, George (or as we call him “desert Santa”). Samson and George come to the White Sands every Sunday for an evening walk and talk to travelers !
