Who are Josh and Kenzie Schwenig, anyway?
Hey we’re Josh and Kenzie - your photography duo for the big milestones and the beautiful chaos you’ll actually want to remember. We are all about the authentic stuff: those quiet, in between glances and that wild, unfiltered love that doesn't need to be "perfect" to be meaningful.
Our style is hands on, detail obsessed, and anything but stiff. Think of it as visual poetry. If you’re down to explore a mountain summit, embrace the unexpected, and create some incredible art together, we’re going to get along just fine.

They took our somewhat crazy idea of a mountain elopement at Shenandoah and turned it into a reality. They helped us plan out the day, traveled with us to the site, and did a short hike with us to a summit. They can adapt to any situation and made the day stress-free and easy. We wouldn’t have wanted to shoot our elopement with any other team. We felt so comfortable working with them and had a great time during all of our photos. You can clearly see how much they care through the photos they take.”
Communication is super easy and direct with the Schwenigs. You will never be talking to an assistant or third party and instead are always texting or calling directly with them which is a total win. For any project even something smaller like an elopement or microwedding, the Schwenigs put their all into it. If I can give you a piece of advice to make your special day great, hire the Schwenigs!

Based in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, I specialize in capturing unscripted moments for the “fearlessly in love" throughout Berks County, the Lehigh Valley, and Bucks County. Whether you’re planning a stunning estate wedding in Bethlehem or an intimate micro wedding in Reading, I aim to create images that feel as bold, honest, and deeply personal as the story you’re writing together.

My approach blends editorial composition with raw, documentary style storytelling. I move between guided art direction and true candid observation capturing the fleeting "in between" scenes that define your connection. From the historic charm of Wyomissing to the cinematic landscapes of the Pocono Mountains, I work across Eastern Pennsylvania to create art that preserves the texture of your celebration with a timeless yet daring style.
